Aliante brings genuine resort polish to the far north of the valley, with spacious, elegantly appointed rooms and a calm, away-from-the-crowds atmosphere. There's plenty on the doorstep, including an adjoining golf course, a cinema and the Aliante Nature Discovery Park.

It's about 13 miles from the Strip, so this is a destination for travelers with a car who value space, golf and quiet over a Boulevard location. With free self-parking and strong value for its quality, rates start around $113 a night.

Budget for the mandatory resort fee — $40.67 a night including tax (a base of about $36) — though it covers more than most: in-room WiFi for up to three devices, the 24-hour fitness center and even overnight valet, while self-parking stays free.
