The Bellagio is one of the Strip's definitive luxury resorts — a five-star landmark built around romance and Italian-inspired elegance in the very center of Las Vegas Boulevard. Beyond its nearly 4,000 rooms and suites, it's a destination in its own right, home to the world-famous Fountains of Bellagio, the seasonal Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, and the Gallery of Fine Art.

Inside you'll find a vast casino with a dedicated 24-hour poker room and high-limit areas, a roster of celebrated restaurants — joined in late 2025 by Carbone Riviera on the fountain lake — high-end shopping and a full-service spa. The vibe is upscale but never stuffy, which makes it a favorite for couples, special occasions and first-time visitors who want to be in the middle of the action.

Rooms range from Fountain-View Kings to expansive suites. If the fountains are on your list, it's worth paying up for a Strip- or Fountain-View room, since the free show runs every 15–30 minutes into the night right outside. Rates start around $158 a night, rising on weekends and during big events.

Budget for the extras, though: the resort fee is $55 plus tax (about $62 a night) on top of the rate, and even self-parking costs $20–25 a day. The Conservatory and the fountain sidewalk get genuinely crowded on weekend evenings — go late morning for photos without the crush. Getting around is easy: the free ARIA Express tram links Bellagio with Aria and Park MGM, and Caesars Palace, Paris and The Cosmopolitan are all within a ten-minute walk.

Is the Bellagio fountain show free?

Yes — the Fountains of Bellagio are free to watch from the sidewalk on Las Vegas Boulevard. Shows run every 30 minutes in the afternoon and every 15 minutes in the evening until midnight, weather permitting. For a less crowded view, watch from the north end of the lake rather than the packed center sidewalk.

How much is the resort fee at Bellagio?

$55 per night plus tax — about $62 all-in as of 2026, charged on top of the room rate. It covers in-room Wi-Fi and fitness center access. MGM Rewards Gold members and above have the fee waived.
