Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Las Vegas Guide website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes to research and plan a trip. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit spam through forms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts
Some features — such as posting reviews, ratings or comments — require an account, which you create by signing in with Google or with a one-time e-mail code. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
Reviews, ratings & user content
You are solely responsible for the reviews, ratings and comments you post, and you confirm they reflect your own honest opinion and do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Keep it civil: no spam, advertising, hate speech, harassment, illegal content or impersonation. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store and distribute your contribution on the site. We may moderate, edit, refuse or remove any content at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that posted content will remain available.
Information accuracy & pricing
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but content is provided for general information only. Prices, schedules, availability, venues and show line-ups change frequently and are set by third parties. We do not guarantee that any information is current, complete or error-free. Always confirm details with the provider before making a decision or booking.
Bookings are with third parties
Las Vegas Guide does not sell tickets, rooms or tours, and does not process bookings or payments. When you book, you transact directly with the relevant third-party provider and are subject to their terms, pricing, fees, cancellation and refund policies. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of any third party.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click them and complete a booking or purchase, we may receive a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our editorial recommendations or the price you pay.
Vegas Guide AI — paid trip planner
Vegas Guide AI is an optional paid feature that builds a personalized Las Vegas itinerary using artificial intelligence, based on your answers and our venue catalog, with automated checks of public sources at generation time. By buying plan credits or generating a plan you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms; you confirm this at checkout by ticking the consent box.
What you buy
Payments are processed by PayPal. A purchase adds plan credits to your account; one credit lets you generate one itinerary. Credits are personal to your account, non-transferable, and do not expire; if we ever discontinue the AI planner, we will refund all unused credits. Current pricing is always shown at checkout. At checkout you must expressly accept these Terms before paying; by doing so you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once a plan is generated, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off that might otherwise apply, to the extent permitted by law.
AI-generated content
Plans are produced by artificial intelligence. We ground them in our own venue catalog and check key facts against public sources at generation time, but errors, omissions and outdated details can still occur. All prices, hours, showtimes and availability in a plan are estimates that change constantly — always verify with the venue or official seller before booking or paying anyone. A plan is travel guidance, not a booking: we do not sell tickets, rooms or tours, and we are not affiliated with the venues listed.
Delivery
Credits are delivered immediately: they are added to your account balance as soon as PayPal confirms your payment. A plan is custom digital content created on demand; it is delivered when it appears in your account (usually within minutes) and remains accessible there. We keep records of payment, credit delivery, plan generation and account access, and may provide them to PayPal as proof of delivery in the event of a dispute.
Refunds
Because each plan is custom digital content produced on demand, a generated plan cannot be refunded for change of mind or taste. Beyond that:
- If generation fails, the credit is not lost: retry that plan for free, or press "Refund credit" to return the credit to your balance. Returning the credit ends the free retry for that plan — generating again uses a credit as normal. If you would rather not keep a returned credit, contact us and we will refund what you paid for it.
- If a delivered plan contains a material error on our side — for example, it recommends a venue as open that was permanently closed at the time of generation — report it through our contact page within 30 days of delivery, or by the end of the trip dates the plan covers, whichever is later. We will regenerate the affected plan for free; if we cannot put it right, we will refund what you paid for that credit. Venue details change constantly, so we can only verify claimed errors against conditions at the time of generation — please report promptly.
- Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, at the price you actually paid, to your original PayPal payment method; if some credits from a purchase were used, only the unused ones are refunded. Refunded credits are removed from your balance — a credit can be returned to your balance or refunded as money, never both.
- Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method, normally within 5 business days.
- If a payment is reversed or a payment dispute is opened, we may suspend the credits and plans associated with that payment while it is resolved, and remove credits obtained through a reversed payment.
If anything goes wrong, contact us first — most problems can be resolved within a business day, faster than a payment dispute. Contacting us first is optional and does not limit your right to dispute a charge with PayPal or your card issuer.
AI planner liability
Plans are informational; decisions you make and bookings you place with third parties are your own. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability related to the AI planner is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credits. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or waives consumer rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

Third-party links
The site contains links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Las Vegas Guide and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions made or bookings placed with third parties.
