Las Vegas Hotels With No Resort Fee
No surprise $45/night add-ons at checkout - these properties skip the resort fee.
About Resort Fees in Las Vegas
Most Las Vegas resorts add a mandatory $35–55 nightly “resort fee” on top of the advertised rate - it can double the price of a budget room. The hotels on this page charge none, so the booking price is the real price. They skew Downtown and off-Strip, which is exactly where the value hunting is best.
Frequently asked questions
Why do Las Vegas hotels charge resort fees?
Fees let resorts advertise lower headline rates while collecting $35–55 more per night at the desk, nominally for Wi-Fi, gym access and local calls. They are mandatory regardless of whether you use the amenities.
Can I refuse to pay a resort fee?
Not at hotels that charge one - it's part of the room contract. The reliable way to avoid fees is booking properties that don't charge them, like the ones listed here.
