It doesn't pretend to be a resort — the appeal is rock-bottom prices: cheap rooms, bargain dining and a no-fuss casino with more than 600 slot and video poker machines plus a bingo room running sessions every odd hour from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

It's best suited to budget travelers with a car who'd rather spend their money on gaming than on the room — just know the play here is machines, bingo and a William Hill sportsbook; live table games were removed in 2019. You trade location and polish for genuine savings.

Know before you book: there is a resort fee despite the budget positioning — $29.99 plus tax, about $34 a night — though in-room Wi-Fi is free and self-parking in the four-story garage costs nothing. The location is the real trade-off: the hotel sits about 5.5 miles east of the Strip on a car-first stretch of Boulder Highway with little to walk to.
