The rooms are comfortable and affordable, and the whole place has a welcoming, repeat-visitor feel.

It's about five miles and 15 minutes from the Strip on Boulder Highway, so it suits travellers with a car who want locals' value over a Boulevard address. Free self-parking is a given. Rates start around $45 a night.
