Its trump card is location for motorsport fans: the Las Vegas Motor Speedway is about a 10–12-minute drive — roughly seven miles up I-15 — making this one of the closest hotel bases for a NASCAR or NHRA race weekend. Downtown's Fremont Street and the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets are about 15 minutes away.
