Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is the city's quiet luxury play - a AAA Five-Diamond, non-gaming, smoke-free hotel that occupies the top floors of the Mandalay Bay tower yet feels like a world apart. Guests arrive at a separate porte-cochère and lobby and ride private express elevators to 424 rooms on floors 35 through 39, so there's no casino, no smoke and no slot-machine soundtrack - just calm, service-first hospitality at the far south end of the Strip.

The luxury is real, not just branding. Dining runs from Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak, which opened in December 2024 in the former Charlie Palmer Steak space, to Veranda, the California-style brasserie for breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch, and the PRESS lounge for cocktails and small plates. The spa holds a Forbes Five-Star rating with hydrotherapy and a Vichy shower, and there's a private seasonal pool with cabanas and its own pool bar - plus full access to Mandalay Bay's enormous pool complex next door, with its wave pool, lazy river and lagoon. It's also one of the most genuinely family-friendly luxury hotels in town, and small pets (25 pounds or less) are welcome.

The trade-offs are the ones that come with a non-gaming hotel at the south end. You're a long walk (or a tram-and-walk) from the center-Strip action around Bellagio and Caesars, and both the nightly resort fee and the $45 valet parking are steep. Some travelers also want a casino at their door - here it's a short indoor walk into Mandalay Bay rather than downstairs. But if what you want is a serene, polished base with adult-level service and none of the casino chaos, nothing else on the Strip does it better.
