Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa

Green Valley Ranch is a serene, Mediterranean-style resort in Henderson, pairing upscale rooms with a lush pool district, a full spa and a grand outdoor events lawn. Set on eight landscaped acres next to The District, it's an elegant escape from the Strip, from $206/night.

Is Green Valley Ranch Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates

Green Valley Ranch is a breath of fresh air for travelers who want resort luxury without the relentless energy of the Strip. Set on eight beautifully landscaped acres in Henderson, its Mediterranean-inspired architecture, lush pool district with cabanas and full-service spa create a genuinely relaxing escape.

It sits right beside The District, an open-air village of shops and restaurants, and is close to golf and the scenic side of the valley — though it's about eight miles from the Strip, so a car helps. Free self-parking and an upscale-but-unhurried vibe make it a favorite for those in the know. Rates start around $206 a night before fees.

Worth knowing: the resort fee runs $45 plus tax (about $51.30 a night), and the property is partway through a $200 million renovation — the on-site Regal cinema is being remodeled into mid-2026, so expect some construction activity. The trade-off is a resort that keeps getting sharper: the poker room reopened in late 2025, and the dining lineup has turned over, with Blue Ribbon Sushi and the 24-hour Lucky Penny cafe joining Hank's and Bottiglia while the Feast Buffet stayed closed for good.

Insider tipValet parking is complimentary here too, not just self-parking — a real rarity in Vegas, so pull straight up to the entrance instead of circling the garage. Arriving late? The 24-hour Lucky Penny is the only round-the-clock kitchen on-site since it took over the old Grand Café's role.

Frequently asked questions

What is the resort fee at Green Valley Ranch?

It's $45 plus tax — about $51.30 a night — and it includes in-room internet. Self-parking is free, so there's no separate parking charge stacked on top of the fee.

How far is Green Valley Ranch from the Strip, and is there a shuttle?

About eight miles southeast in Henderson — a 15–20 minute drive. There's no shuttle to either the Strip or the airport, so a rental car or rideshare is essential; the upside is free parking once you arrive and The District's shops and restaurants right next door.

Does Green Valley Ranch have a buffet?

No — the Feast Buffet closed for good and never reopened. In its place, the 24-hour Lucky Penny cafe, the Quick Eats food court and around a dozen restaurants, from Hank's steakhouse to Blue Ribbon Sushi, cover every price point.

Is Green Valley Ranch good for families?

Yes. Kids Quest is an hourly drop-in child-care and play center for ages 2½ to 12, with the Cyber Quest arcade alongside, and there's a 10-screen Regal cinema on-site (under remodel into mid-2026). Rooms hold a maximum of four guests total.

What time is check-in and check-out at Green Valley Ranch?

Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon. You must be at least 21 to reserve a room, and the front desk needs a credit card at check-in to cover incidentals.
