Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip
Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip is a casino-free, all-suite resort at the quiet north end of the Strip, with studios to three-bedroom suites, full kitchens in the larger units, two pools with whirlpools and a spa. Roomy and family-friendly near the Convention Center — just plan for a resort fee, paid parking and a two-mile trip to the central Strip.

Is Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip spreads across a 10-acre site at the quiet north end of Las Vegas Boulevard, pairing a Strip address with the space of a suite resort. Accommodations run from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and the larger units add full kitchens and in-suite washer/dryers — genuinely useful for families and longer stays that would rather cook and do laundry than eat out every meal.
Downstairs there are two heated pools with whirlpool hot tubs and cabanas, the eforea Spa, a fitness center and a basketball court, plus the seasonal Waves Pool Bar & Grill and a Marketplace deli for groceries and grab-and-go. There is no casino on-site, which keeps the resort calmer than a typical Strip tower but means you will walk or drive to gamble.
The trade-offs are location and fees. This is the far north end of the Boulevard — roughly a 10-minute walk to the nearest casinos and about two miles from the central Strip resorts, so plan on rideshares or driving. Parking is no longer free (self-parking runs about $25 a night, valet about $35), and a resort fee of roughly $45 a night is added on top of the room rate. Checkout is early, too, at 10 a.m. For suite-style space and a kitchen near the Convention Center, though, it is a roomy, family-friendly north-Strip base.
Insider tipCheckout is an early 10 a.m. — earlier than the usual 11 on the Strip — and there's no room service, so line up your last-morning breakfast from your in-suite kitchen or the Marketplace deli the night before instead of counting on ordering in.Check Rates & Availability →
