An all-suite Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare tower set on the Flamingo's central-Strip grounds — studios and one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens, tropical gardens, waterfalls, a heated pool and free self-parking. Central and car-optional, with the Flamingo Monorail station a short walk away, but no casino or restaurant of its own.

Is Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo is an all-suite vacation-club tower tucked onto the Flamingo's tropical grounds, a few minutes' walk in from the Strip sidewalk. Instead of a standard hotel room you get apartment-style space — studios with a kitchenette, or one- and two-bedroom suites with a full kitchen, an in-suite washer and dryer and a separate living room — which makes it a comfortable fit for families, groups and longer stays. The garden setting adds waterfalls, an outdoor heated pool with a whirlpool, a dry sauna, a fitness center, poolside barbecue grills and tennis courts.
The location is the main draw: you're set back on the Flamingo's grounds in the heart of the central Strip, a short walk from Horseshoe, Paris, Caesars Palace and the Bellagio fountains, with the Flamingo/Caesars Las Vegas Monorail station a few minutes away for car-free trips along the resort corridor. Self-parking is free, which is rare this close to the middle of the Strip.
Be clear on what this is, though: it's a timeshare property, not a full-service casino hotel. There's no casino, no gaming, no full-service restaurant and no room service in the tower — for those you walk across the gardens into the Flamingo. On-site food is limited to the Desert Garden Shop & Deli, a grab-and-go market for breakfast items, sandwiches, snacks and sundries. A nightly resort charge is collected at check-in, check-out is an early 10 a.m., and, as at most vacation-club resorts, you may be offered a timeshare presentation when you arrive.
Insider tipCheck-out here is an early 10 a.m., so if you're flying out that evening, arrange bag storage or ask the front desk about a late checkout rather than dragging luggage around the Strip all day. And if cooking is part of the plan, book a one- or two-bedroom suite: only those have a full kitchen and an in-suite washer/dryer, while the studios get just a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffeemaker.Check Rates & Availability →
