Hilton Grand Vacations on Paradise — officially Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise Las Vegas — is an all-suite, non-gaming resort one block from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Instead of a standard hotel room you get an apartment-style suite with a full kitchen, a separate living and dining area and, in most units, an in-suite washer and dryer, which suits families, longer stays and anyone in town for a trade show. Studios come with a kitchenette, while the one- and two-bedroom suites add full kitchens and more room to spread out.

On-site there is a resort-style pool and whirlpool, a poolside bar, a fitness center, a game room and a grab-and-go Marketplace with Starbucks coffee and ready-to-eat meals, and self-parking is free. The trade-offs are real: this is not a casino hotel and there is no full-service restaurant, so you rely on the in-suite kitchen or nearby dining; a nightly resort fee of about $28 applies on top of the room rate, checkout is an early 10 a.m., and — as at most Hilton Grand Vacations properties — you may be offered a timeshare presentation at check-in.

Yes — a nightly resort fee of about $28.35 per room is added to the room rate. It bundles in-suite WiFi, streaming to the TV from your own device, bottled water and local and long-distance calls, so those aren't billed on top.

Is parking free at the resort?

Yes. Guests self-park free in the resort's surface lot, and there's no parking garage. Since it's an open lot rather than covered parking, a windshield sunshade is worth packing for the summer heat.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is an early 10 a.m. If your flight leaves later, the front desk offers luggage storage and concierge service, so you can drop your bags and still use the pool or explore before heading out.
