Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center — recently rebranded Home2 Suites Las Vegas Stadium District — is an all-suite, extended-stay Hilton hotel on Dean Martin Drive, tucked between Interstate 15 and the south end of the Strip. It's within walking distance of T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium and about a mile from the CityCenter and Aria corridor, so you're close to the action without paying to be on it. All 135 rooms are suites with a full kitchen — full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and coffeemaker — which makes it a practical base for families, sports-weekend groups and anyone staying long enough to want to cook.
The Hilton select-service basics land well: a free hot breakfast every morning, free WiFi, a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, guest laundry, a 24-hour market and a patio with grills and a firepit. Two things set it apart from most Strip hotels — there's no resort fee, and a complimentary scheduled shuttle runs to the Aria on the Strip (reserve a seat at the front desk).
It isn't flawless. Despite the pet-friendly, low-fee reputation, covered self-parking runs about $20 a night (there's no valet) and dogs cost $125 per stay. The studios are compact — around 320 sq ft, with the roomier one-bedroom suites at 491 sq ft — and the kitchens have a full-size fridge and microwave but no stovetop. The frontage-road location has no casino or nightlife of its own, so you'll lean on the shuttle or a car to reach the Strip. For self-catering travelers who value a quiet, modern room and a Hilton Honors stay over being in the middle of the action, it's a sensible off-Strip pick.
