Amenities skew practical rather than flashy. There is a rooftop pool on the 38th floor with Sky Bar 38 (seasonal) pouring drinks over Strip views, a larger fifth-floor pool with a seasonal bar and grill, and three whirlpool spas. La Diva, the lobby bar, serves a full food menu, and The MarketPlace stocks Starbucks coffee, grab-and-go sandwiches, and groceries for villa kitchens. A fitness center runs Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment, and a family game room (air hockey, foosball, table tennis, game consoles) plus scheduled activities like water aerobics keep kids busy. Two-bedroom villas sleep eight across roughly 1,200 sq ft with two bathrooms — genuine group housing, not a suite with a rollaway.

The trade-offs are real. The kitchenette covers the basics — mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware — but has no stove, and studios do not get a washer/dryer. A dining nook and 49-inch TV round it out; this is the cheapest way into the building, not the reason to book it.

1-Bedroom Villa

A separate bedroom with a king bed plus a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping four. Unlike the studio, it has a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a dishwasher, an in-villa washer and dryer, and a proper dining area — the setup that makes multi-night stays work without eating out twice a day.
