Palms Place is the more refined younger sister of the Palms Casino Resort, offering a serene, all-suite retreat without the gaming hustle right at your door. Suites are contemporary and well-equipped — many with kitchens and stunning views of the Strip or surrounding mountains — and there's a stylish pool and lounge.

It's connected to the Palms, so the casino, concert venue, nightclub and restaurants are all a short indoor walk away when you want them. For travelers who like to be near the action but sleep somewhere quiet and upscale, it's a smart off-Strip pick. Free self-parking, with rates from around $66 a night before fees.

Two things to know before booking: Palms Place no longer has a restaurant of its own — Rojo Lounge, its longtime lobby lounge, closed in October 2025 — so meals mean a walk through the connector to the Palms. On the upside, the Drift Spa & Hammam is up and running again, and the all-suite kitchenette layout (washer/dryer in the one-bedrooms) makes this one of the best-value bases in Vegas for longer stays or families who'd rather cook than eat out every night.

The bathroom has dual sinks, a private toilet, a stand-alone whirlpool tub and a separate shower, with Gilchrist & Soames products; cookware, china and flatware are available on request.

One Bedroom Suite Mountain View

This 1,220-square-foot suite adds a separate living room with a fireplace and an in-suite washer and dryer to the studio layout. It has a king bed and a queen-size pull-out couch, a full kitchenette (built-in refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher) and nine-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views. No casino — that's the appeal. And since Rojo Lounge closed in October 2025 there's no restaurant in the tower itself, so meals mean a short enclosed walk through the connector to the Palms, where Scotch 80 Prime, Send Noodles, the A.Y.C.E. Buffet and The Eatery food hall await.

Is Palms Place connected to the Palms?

Yes — an enclosed indoor walkway links the tower directly to the Palms casino, restaurants, the Pearl Concert Theater and the nightclub. It's a few minutes on foot with no need to step outside.

How do I get a Strip-view room at Palms Place?

Book a suite whose name specifically includes "Strip View" — both the 615-sq-ft studios and the 1,220-sq-ft one-bedrooms come in a Strip-facing version. The generic "Studio Suite" category can face either the Strip or the mountains, so it's not guaranteed. Every suite has nine-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.

Does Palms Place have a pool and spa?

Yes to both. There's a 50,000-square-foot pool enclave reserved exclusively for Palms Place guests, and the Drift Spa & Hammam is open again with more than 20 treatment rooms, a Turkish-style hammam, hot and cold plunge pools, and steam and sauna facilities.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Palms Place?

Check-in is 3 p.m. — but 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays — and check-out is 11 a.m. You must be 21 or older with valid ID to reserve, and plan for an incidental hold of about $100 per day at check-in on a card in the guest's name (no cash or unnamed prepaid cards).

How do you get to the Strip from Palms Place?

The tower sits about 1.43 miles off-Strip. There's no hotel shuttle — Strip and airport transfers run through an outside company for a fee — but self-parking at the Palms' two adjacent garages is free, so having a car is the easiest way in and out.
