The Reserve sits atop Park MGM as its elevated, boutique tier - and until December 2025 it was NoMad Las Vegas. Its 293 guestrooms and suites blend timeless French elegance with modern New York sensibility: custom furnishings, oak hardwood floors, freestanding pedestal tubs (in the upper room categories) and leather headboards.

The intimate rooftop Terrace Pool, inspired by Morocco's Majorelle Garden, is a serene highlight, and there's a high-limit salon beneath a historic Tiffany glass ceiling next door. As part of Park MGM - the Strip's only fully smoke-free casino resort - you also get Eataly, the Dolby Live theatre and the Park district just below.

Is The Reserve at Park MGM the former NoMad Las Vegas?

Yes. MGM rebranded NoMad Las Vegas as The Reserve at Park MGM in December 2025, and it now sits in Marriott's Autograph Collection, bookable on Marriott.com. The rooms, the rooftop pool (now the Terrace Pool) and the interior design carried over unchanged - it's the same boutique product under a new name, with Marriott Bonvoy points earned and redeemed on stays.

What's the difference between The Reserve and booking Park MGM itself?

The Reserve occupies Park MGM's top floors with its own entrance, lobby, rooftop Terrace Pool, The Library lounge and the Reserve Casino - a quieter, more design-driven tier. You still get everything downstairs at Park MGM: the casino, Eataly, Dolby Live and the Park district. Booking Park MGM's standard rooms is cheaper but skips the boutique touches.

How much is a room at The Reserve, and what's the resort fee?

Rates start around $97 a night - low for a five-star boutique product on the Strip - before a resort fee of $50 plus tax (about $57), which covers in-room internet. Prices climb fast on concert and event weekends given the Dolby Live and T-Mobile Arena calendar next door, so check dates before you assume the entry rate applies.

Is parking free at The Reserve?

No. Self-parking runs $20 a day for hotel guests and valet costs more. The only ways around it are Nevada residency, which gets the first hours free, or MGM Rewards Pearl status and above, which parks free. If you're driving in, budget for it or plan to earn the tier before your trip.

Is Park MGM really smoke-free?
