Is The Reserve at Park MGM the former NoMad Las Vegas?

Yes. MGM rebranded NoMad Las Vegas as The Reserve at Park MGM in December 2025, and it's joining Marriott's Autograph Collection. The rooms, the rooftop pool (now the Terrace Pool) and the interior design carried over unchanged — it's the same boutique product under a new name and, before long, Marriott Bonvoy points.

What's the difference between The Reserve and booking Park MGM itself?

The Reserve occupies Park MGM's top floors with its own entrance, lobby, rooftop Terrace Pool, The Library lounge and a High Limit gaming room — a quieter, more design-driven tier. You still get everything downstairs at Park MGM: the casino, Eataly, Dolby Live and the Park district. Booking Park MGM's standard rooms is cheaper but skips the boutique touches.

How much is a room at The Reserve, and what's the resort fee?

Rates start around $97 a night — low for a five-star boutique product on the Strip — before a resort fee of roughly $45 plus tax, which covers in-room internet. Prices climb fast on concert and event weekends given the Dolby Live and T-Mobile Arena calendar next door, so check dates before you assume the entry rate applies.

Is parking free at The Reserve?

No. Self-parking runs about $18–$23 a day and valet costs more. The only ways around it are Nevada residency, which gets the first hours free, or MGM Rewards Pearl status and above, which parks free. If you're driving in, budget for it or plan to earn the tier before your trip.

Is Park MGM really smoke-free?

Yes, and it's genuinely rare in Vegas: Park MGM and The Reserve are the Strip's only fully smoke-free casino resort, casino floor included.
