The Signature blends the space of an apartment with the perks of a mega-resort. Each of its three all-suite towers is non-gaming and non-smoking, with well-appointed suites that include kitchens (or kitchenettes) and, in many cases, private balconies — a genuinely peaceful, home-like base.

Despite the serene vibe, you're not cut off: guests have full access to the neighbouring MGM Grand's casino, restaurants, pools and nightlife, just a covered walk away. This 550-square-foot suite has a bedroom with a king bed. There is also a sitting area with an entertainment center, flat-screen HD TV, and iHome clock radio as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a sink, a microwave and a tea/coffeemaker. Dishware, silverware and cooking utensils are available upon request. The marble/granite bathroom has a dual-sink vanity and a whirlpool spa tub with a separate shower. If there is evidence of smoking of any substance in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your hotel account.

One Bedroom Balcony Suite

This 900 square-foot non-smoking room features one king bed and a balcony. The room features a separate bedroom and living room and one bathroom. The living room has a sofa with a queen-sized pull-out bed. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, oven and Cuisenart appliances. Dishware, silverware and cooking utensils are available upon request. The room also includes 300 thread-count linens, Fili'adoro duvet, king-sized down pillows and flat-screen, high-definition televisions. The bathroom has a separate toilet and separate shower and whirlpool tub.
