The Signature at MGM Grand – All Suites

Is The Signature at MGM Grand Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
The Signature blends the space of an apartment with the perks of a mega-resort. Each of its three all-suite towers is non-gaming and non-smoking, with well-appointed suites that include kitchenettes and, in many cases, private balconies — a genuinely peaceful, home-like base.
Despite the serene vibe, you're not cut off: guests have full access to the neighboring MGM Grand's casino, restaurants, pools and nightlife, just a covered walk away. It's ideal for couples, families and longer stays who want to be near the action but sleep away from the noise. Rates start around $89 a night before fees.
The resort fee is about $45 plus tax a night; valet at The Signature itself is complimentary, while self-parking uses MGM Grand's garage at its usual $20–25 rates. The covered walkway into MGM Grand also puts the Las Vegas Monorail's southern terminus within reach — handy for the Convention Center without touching Strip traffic.
Insider tipIf you're driving, use The Signature's own valet — it's complimentary (5 a.m.-11:30 p.m.), whereas self-parking routes you next door to MGM Grand's paid garage at $20-25 a day.Check Rates & Availability →
