The Vanderpump Hotel is the Strip's newest boutique - the former Cromwell, reimagined by Caesars with restaurateur and television personality Lisa Vanderpump and reopened to guests in late May 2026, with a grand opening on June 11. At just 188 rooms it's one of the smallest hotels on the Boulevard, and that's the appeal: it trades the sprawl of a mega-resort for a single, tightly styled address on arguably the best corner in town, at Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo, directly across from the Bellagio fountains.

The redesign is pure Vanderpump - an "industrial romantic" palette of moss green and dusty lilac, mixed gold-and-silver metals and reflective, glamorous furnishings that carry from the rooms into the lounges. Dining centers on GIADA, Giada De Laurentiis's upscale Italian room on the second floor with floor-to-ceiling views of the Strip and the fountains, backed by a Starbucks and Gigolo, a sultry cocktail lounge named for Lisa's late Pomeranian. Downstairs, a 40,000-square-foot casino runs table games, slots and video poker. Up top, the eleventh-floor roof is now Soleia, the hotel's rooftop resort pool and event space that reopened to hotel guests in May 2026 after Drai's Beachclub and the rooftop Drai's Nightclub closed for good on October 31, 2025. Drai's survives downstairs: the club moved back into its original basement home on November 2, 2025, where it now runs late nights as Drai's After Hours.

Be clear-eyed about the trade-offs. This is a boutique, so it has one signature restaurant rather than a dozen and no spa and no shopping beyond the Curios gift shop - you borrow the rest of the Strip for that. It also still houses Drai's After Hours in the basement, so weekend nights lean social and late; light sleepers should ask for a higher floor, and expect energy rather than quiet. A resort fee applies and Caesars parking fees apply. But for location, design personality and a front-row seat to the fountains, nothing else on the Strip feels quite like it.

Insider tipSoleia is the hotel's only pool, and it is seasonal and event-prone, so in the cooler months there's no place to swim on-site and no spa to fall back on; Caesars' neighboring resorts cover both. If you're visiting off-season or traveling with anyone who just wants to lounge, plan to use a pool at one of the neighboring Caesars properties a few steps away.
