Harrah's is a dependable, budget-friendly base in the heart of the Strip, with a cheerful Mardi-Gras theme and an easygoing, all-ages crowd. The rooms are simple and affordable, and the casino and dining keep things lively without the premium price tag of its neighbors.

Out front, the free Carnaval Court is a real highlight — an open-air bar with flair bartenders and live music right on the Boulevard. The location puts you steps from the LINQ Promenade, the High Roller observation wheel and the central Strip's biggest resorts. For value this central, rates from around $22 a night before fees are tough to beat.
