New York - New York
New York-New York recreates the Big Apple on the south Strip, complete with a faux-Manhattan skyline, a Brooklyn Bridge replica and the Big Apple Coaster that loops the building. Playful, mid-priced and walkable to the T-Mobile Arena, from $27/night.

Is New York-New York Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
New York-New York condenses the Big Apple into a single south-Strip resort, its faux-Manhattan skyline — Empire State, Chrysler Building, Statue of Liberty — instantly recognizable from the Boulevard. The Big Apple Coaster loops right around the property, and the New York-themed interior packs in lively bars, eateries and the Brooklyn Bridge replica out front.
Rooms are comfortable mid-range 4-star, and the location is a genuine asset: it sits directly across from the T-Mobile Arena and is walkable to MGM Grand and the Park entertainment district. For a fun, central-south-Strip base near the arenas, rates start around $27 a night before fees.
Know before you go: the resort fee is $45 plus tax (about $51 per night all-in), and self-parking adds $20 a day for hotel guests ($20–$25 for visitors, valet $40). The coaster is a blast but rumbles around the towers until 11 p.m.–midnight, and the Athletics' ballpark rising on the old Tropicana site diagonally across the intersection means cranes and construction activity in view into 2028. Car-free logistics are excellent, though: pedestrian bridges link all four corners of Tropicana Avenue, the Las Vegas Monorail's MGM Grand station is across one bridge, the free Excalibur–Luxor–Mandalay Bay tram is across another, and the 24-hour Deuce bus stops on the Strip right outside.
Insider tipThe Big Apple Coaster loops right past the guest towers and runs until 11 p.m.–midnight, so light sleepers should ask at check-in for a higher floor facing away from the track.Check Rates & Availability →
