Kassi Beach Club

Kassi Beach Club is Virgin Hotels' Mediterranean answer to the Strip's ticket-gouging pool scene - a real-sand beach club on the former élia deck (and before that, the Hard Rock's infamous Rehab pool), run by Nick Mathers' Wish You Were Here Group alongside the coastal-Italian Kassi Beach House restaurant. Greek-island styling, local DJs, and a crowd that skews Vegas residents over bachelor parties.

The 2026 season opened in late March with the friendliest pricing math in town: general entry is free, day passes with perks start at $20, a $75 local rate waives everything with no food-and-beverage minimum, daybeds and cabanas start at $99 Sunday through Thursday, and parking costs nothing - a sentence no Strip pool can print. The beach club runs daily 11am to 6pm through the season; the restaurant keeps longer hours and takes all ages, while the pool side holds at 21-plus.

Calibrate expectations: this is a mellower, smaller scene than the Strip mega-decks - the DJs are local, the energy is beach-lunch-into-golden-hour rather than fist-pump - and it's a Paradise Road rideshare from the Strip. Virgin's pool history also runs churny (Rehab, then élia, now Kassi), so the concept's third season will tell. For now it's the value play in the entire category.
