Brezza

Brezza is Nicole Brisson's coastal-Italian flagship at Resorts World - the chef who became the first female executive chef at a US Eataly runs house-made pasta and seafood here as chef-partner, with the beef-cheek ravioli and lumache bolognese as the dishes regulars defend loudest. Sister venue Bar Zazu operates next door under the same hand (now with comedy nights, added 2026).

The service pattern is simpler than it used to be: one continuous seating, daily noon to 9 p.m., with no lunch-and-dinner split. Inside that window sits the underrated Cicchetti Hour, 3-6 p.m. every day at the bar and lounge, with plates from $9 (crispy pork skin) to a $23 Brezza burger and 40 percent off cocktails, wine, and beer. It is one of the better structured happy hours at any Strip-adjacent Italian. Dinner proper runs $60-100 a head, pastas leading.

Context to know: Resorts World's dining corridor runs quieter than the resort deserves, the patio faces The District's promenade rather than the Strip, and service pacing varies with the room's fill.
