Gymkhana
Gymkhana opened Dec 2025 at Aria — the US debut of London's two-Michelin-star Indian institution and the Strip's first Indian fine dining: wagyu keema naan, $85 venison biryani, Goan lobster curry. Resy 45 days out; loud by design.

Is Gymkhana Worth It? Honest Review & What to Order
Gymkhana made history twice at once: opening at Aria in December 2025 as the US debut of London's two-Michelin-starred Mayfair institution, and as the first Indian fine-dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. The JKS Restaurants team (Karam Sethi) built the colonial-club rooms at double the London capacity, and added Vegas exclusives the Mayfair original can't serve — beef, led by a wagyu keema naan and the Goan lobster curry.
The format runs shared plates at fine-dining weight: tandoori masala lamb chops (~$45), Goan prawn curry ($48), the wild venison biryani at $85 for two under its pastry dome, plus a chef's tasting for the full tour. London's two stars belong to London — Vegas has no Michelin stars until the Southwest guide lands August 26, 2026 — but the pedigree cooks identically.
Two honest warnings from the early months: the room runs genuinely, notoriously LOUD — multiple reviewers describe shouting across tables — and Resy releases at 45 days sell through fast. Plan $150-250 a head, request a corner or early seating if conversation matters, and order the biryani regardless.
Insider tip Book at the 45-day Resy release — set the alarm — and if conversation matters, take the earliest seating or ask for a corner: the room's volume is its one honest flaw. The venison biryani and the Vegas-only Goan lobster curry are the two orders that justify the trip.
