Electric Mushroom

Electric Mushroom opened in November 2025 as Fremont East's psychedelic entry - a blacklight 'glowing forest' of neon installations, immersive visuals, and VIP booths built as giant mushrooms (the club calls them mycelium booths). It sits at 518 Fremont St, directly across from We All Scream, which turned this block into downtown's densest club cluster.

It runs six nights - Tuesday through Sunday from 9pm, closed Mondays - with rotating DJs across EDM, Top 40, hip-hop, and reggaeton, Trip Hop Sundays as the weekly signature, and weekend afternoons doubling as brunch-and-football viewing from around 1pm. A free guest list runs through the club's site.

The honest caveats are those of any new venue: it's been open under a year, so the night-to-night identity is still settling, cover and dress policies aren't consistently posted, and the theme does the heavy lifting - come for the visuals rather than a specific sound. As a stop on a Fremont East crawl, it's an easy yes; as the whole night, pick a party from its calendar first.
