Flex Cocktail Lounge
Flex is a 24/7 LGBTQ+ cocktail lounge at 501 E Twain Ave — relocated from its demolished Charleston home in 2023 with the same staff and bartop. No cover, twice-daily two-for-one happy hour, Thursday drag, Friday Underbear.
Inside Flex Cocktail Lounge
Flex is the Las Vegas gay bar that refused to die: when its longtime West Charleston building was demolished in 2022, the team moved the whole operation — same staff, even the original bartop — to 501 E Twain Ave, reopening in March 2023. It's been running 24/7 ever since, with no cover, no bouncer attitude, and a genuinely local crowd.
The week has a fixed rhythm: the My O My drag show on Thursdays at 9:30pm (free), the Underbear underwear night with Bears Las Vegas on Fridays, DJ Rob on Saturdays and Tuesdays, karaoke with Mr. Rey on Wednesdays, and DJ sets on Sundays. Between events it's a neighborhood cocktail lounge with a dance corner, video poker, and a twice-daily happy hour — two-for-one drinks from 2 to 8, both am and pm.
Set expectations accordingly: this is a locals' lounge and dive in the best sense, not a Strip-scale nightclub — small footprint, cheap drinks, zero pretense. It's east of the Strip near Paradise and Twain, so it's a short rideshare, and at 5am on a Tuesday it will still be open, which is precisely the point.
Insider tipThe address changed in 2023 — it's 501 E Twain Ave now; old maps still point to the demolished Charleston building. The 2-8am happy hour makes it the best-value after-hours room in town.Check Tables & Tickets →
