About $90 to $200 for the film, The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, and $150 to $400 or more for a concert seat. Buy from Sphere's official channels first; all sales are final.

The two price tiers

  • The Wizard of Oz: from about $90 in the upper 400-level on quiet dates to around $200 for premium 200 and 300-level seats. On most dates the cheapest seat is above $100. The Atrium pre-show and the 4D effects are included.
  • Concert residencies: $150 to $400 and up is the normal range, with VIP and club packages well past that. Opening nights, Saturdays and holiday weekends sit at the top.

Prices are dynamic and climb toward popular dates.

Where to buy

Sphere's official channels hold the primary inventory. Tickets are digital, through its account system, with no refunds or exchanges, so check the date twice. For a sold-out concert the only path is resale, and resale for a hot run tends to sit above face even while primary seats remain on other nights. Look at the whole run before you pay a markup: a Thursday inside a residency block is often far cheaper than the Saturday, for the same show.

Where to sit

  • 300-level: the sweet spot for the film. The dome fills your view without craning your neck.
  • 400-level: a legitimate budget seat with the full wraparound.
  • 100-level: avoid the back rows (roughly row 25 and behind), where the overhang cuts off the top of the dome.
  • Concerts: center sections give the best mix of stage and screen.
