Which casino resort is each famous Las Vegas restaurant in (Nobu, Carbone, Momofuku, Bazaar Meats)?
1 answer
Nobu is at Caesars Palace, Carbone at Aria, Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan and Bazaar Meat at The Palazzo. Two of those have a sibling elsewhere, which is where people get mixed up.
The four you asked about
- Nobu: Caesars Palace, inside the Nobu Hotel tower. The largest Nobu in the world at 327 seats, dinner nightly 5 to 10 p.m. A second Nobu opened inside Paris Las Vegas across the Boulevard, so check which one your booking is for.
- Carbone: Aria, off the casino floor near the promenade, dinner only from 5 p.m. Carbone Riviera at Bellagio is a different room with a different menu.
- Momofuku: The Cosmopolitan, Level 3 of the Boulevard Tower next to the walk-up Bang Bar, and very much open. The 2022 closures were David Chang's other Vegas rooms, at The Venetian.
- Bazaar Meat by José Andrés: The Palazzo, since September 4, 2025, after eleven years at the Sahara. Older directions still send people north.
Others people ask about
- MGM Grand: Joel Robuchon and L'Atelier
- Caesars Palace: Guy Savoy, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen, Bacchanal Buffet
- Paris: Gordon Ramsay Steak
- Bellagio: Spago
- The Palazzo: CUT
- The Cosmopolitan: Wicked Spoon, Jaleo, é by José Andrés, Zuma, STK
- Aria: Catch, Jean Georges Steakhouse
- North Strip: the Peppermill, in its own building
Getting between them
Aria, The Cosmopolitan and Bellagio form a cluster on the center Strip, a few minutes apart through the Crystals end of CityCenter or by the free tram. Caesars Palace and Paris face each other across the Boulevard at Flamingo Road, linked by pedestrian bridges. The Palazzo is a 15-minute walk north of Caesars. Inside the big resorts the walk from the front door can take ten minutes, so ask at the first desk you see.
