Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens at Bellagio is a 14,000-square-foot indoor garden beside the hotel lobby, torn down and rebuilt about five times a year - spring, summer, fall harvest, winter holidays and Lunar New Year. Each rebuild is a real production: the summer 2026 display, "Paradise," used 20,450 plants and took a crew of well over 100 horticulturists, designers and engineers working around the clock. Paradise runs through September 12, 2026, and the fall harvest display takes the room from September 19 to November 7. Admission is free, it never closes, and you don't need to be a hotel guest.

Set expectations honestly: it's one room, and most people are done in 20 to 40 minutes. It sits on the busy walkway between the lobby and the casino floor, so midday and early evening mean shooting photos over shoulders. Early morning around 8 AM gets you soft light through the glass roof and almost nobody in frame. The space also closes for roughly six days between displays while crews rebuild (September 13–18 and November 8–13 in 2026), a bad surprise if you made a special trip. Paid dining set inside the garden comes and goes with the theme: the summer run had The Garden Table and The Watering Hole, both reservation-only add-ons rather than part of the free walk-through.
