Plan around the schedule: shows run Thursday through Monday only, on the hour from noon to 8 PM, and the fountain goes quiet on Tuesday and Wednesday. Crowds ring the railing 10 to 15 minutes early on weekends, though the statues sit high enough that a second-row spot loses nothing.
