Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck

The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck sits on top of the half-scale replica at Paris Las Vegas — a glass elevator runs up 46 stories to an open-air platform about 460 feet over the middle of the Strip. The tower itself stands 540 feet, and the location is the whole point: you're directly across the street from the Bellagio fountains, so the shows fire straight below you rather than off on the horizon.

Go after dark if you can. The deck is enclosed in safety fencing — you'll be shooting photos through the mesh gaps — and it gets noticeably windier and cooler than street level, but the payoff is the fountains, the neon and the tower's own sparkle show, which fires every half hour from sunset (that one you watch from the street, not the deck). Tickets run from $30, aren't tied to an entry time, and stay valid for three days after the date you pick. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant on the 11th floor is a separate reservation — deck tickets don't include it.
