Zak Bagans' The Haunted Museum

Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans opened this museum in 2017 inside the Wengert Mansion, a 1938 estate on the edge of downtown Las Vegas, and filled its 13,000 square feet with one of the most notorious collections of allegedly haunted objects anywhere. Across 30-plus rooms and narrow secret passages you'll pass the Dybbuk Box — billed as the world's most haunted object — Peggy the Doll, Dr. Jack Kevorkian's VW "death van," the Devil's Rocking Chair from The Conjuring 3, and the original staircase from Indiana's demolished Demon House, reassembled with dirt hauled from the site. Guides walk small groups through in about 2 hours, mixing artifact history with a handful of staged scares.

It's genuinely well done — the creaking mansion setting and deadpan guides sell the dread better than any Strip haunted house — but know the trade-offs. Photography and audio recording are banned throughout, so you leave with no camera roll to show for it. The guided format means you move at the group's pace, and some rooms lean grim rather than fun-scary — one reason the museum checks ID and won't admit anyone under 12.
