Park MGM stands apart from the typical Strip resort with its calm, earthy-elegant style and a touch of European flair. Most notably, it's the Strip's first and only fully smoke-free casino resort — a genuine draw for anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke — set between the bustling center and the quieter south end.

Inside you'll find the sprawling Italian marketplace Eataly and the Dolby Live theater, home to major residencies, while outside it opens onto the leafy Park dining-and-bar district and the T-Mobile Arena. The top floors house The Reserve at Park MGM (formerly NoMad Las Vegas), a quieter boutique hotel-within-a-hotel with its own check-in, restaurant, bar and pool.

Budget for the extras: the resort fee is $50 plus tax (about $57 a night, Wi-Fi included), and self-parking adds $20 per 24 hours for hotel guests ($40 valet) with in-and-out privileges across MGM garages. What is the resort fee at Park MGM?

Park MGM charges a $50 resort fee plus tax — roughly $57 a night — added on top of the room rate and not optional. It bundles in-room Wi-Fi, fitness-center access and local calls, so those aren't separate charges.

Is parking free at Park MGM?

No — like most MGM Strip resorts, Park MGM charges for parking, with registered guests paying $20 per 24 hours to self-park. The fee includes in-and-out privileges you can use across any MGM Resorts Las Vegas garage, so one charge lets you hop between properties. How do I get around without a car from Park MGM?

The free Aria Express tram runs out the north end to Aria, Crystals and Bellagio, and the 24/7 Deuce bus stops right in front for the length of the Strip. On foot you're next to New York-New York and a five-minute walk through The Park to T-Mobile Arena; the nearest Las Vegas Monorail station (MGM Grand) is about a 15–20 minute walk.

Is Park MGM really completely smoke-free?

Yes — since its September 2020 reopening it has been the first, and so far only, fully smoke-free casino resort on the Strip, covering the casino floor as well as every guest room. Lighting up in a room triggers a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee.

What is The Reserve at Park MGM, and is it the same as NoMad?

It's the boutique hotel-within-a-hotel on the resort's top floors, known as NoMad Las Vegas until its December 2025 rebrand. It keeps its own separate check-in and roughly 293 rooms and suites, plus The Library restaurant, The Reserve Bar and the guests-only Terrace Pool — a quieter step up from the main tower.

Is Park MGM a good choice for families with kids?

It can work, with caveats. There are no on-site child-care facilities, you must be 21 to reserve a room, and occupancy is capped at four guests over 12 plus one child 12 or under, with a $40-plus-tax charge for each guest beyond two. On the plus side the whole resort is smoke-free, and The Park promenade out front has kid-friendly stops like the Hello Kitty Cafe and Beerhaus.
