Park MGM Las Vegas
Park MGM is a calm, fully smoke-free resort on the center-south Strip, blending earthy-elegant, European-flavored rooms with the Italian marketplace Eataly and the Dolby Live theater. A serene, distinctive base steps from The Park and T-Mobile Arena.

Is Park MGM Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
Park MGM stands apart from the typical Strip resort with its calm, earthy-elegant style and a touch of European flair. Most notably, it's the Strip's first and only fully smoke-free casino resort — a genuine draw for anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke — set between the bustling center and the quieter south end.
Inside you'll find the sprawling Italian marketplace Eataly and the Dolby Live theater, home to major residencies, while outside it opens onto the leafy Park dining-and-bar district and the T-Mobile Arena. The top floors house The Reserve at Park MGM (formerly NoMad Las Vegas), a quieter boutique hotel-within-a-hotel with its own check-in, restaurant, bar and pool.
Budget for the extras: the resort fee is $50 plus tax (about $57 a night, Wi-Fi included), and self-parking adds $20 per 24 hours for hotel guests ($40 valet) with in-and-out privileges across MGM garages. The payoff is location — the free Aria Express tram links Park MGM to Aria and Bellagio, the Deuce bus stops out front on its 24/7 run along the Strip, and T-Mobile Arena is a five-minute walk through The Park; just expect crowded walkways and a slow garage on arena event nights.
Insider tipBook a Stay Well room if smoke, allergies or travel fatigue bother you — they layer an air-purification system, aromatherapy and warm-white lighting on top of the resort's already smoke-free air. One timing note: the three-pool complex runs seasonally (roughly spring through fall, opening in phases), so a winter stay may find it closed.Check Rates & Availability →
