Mama Rabbit

Mama Rabbit is Park MGM's agave temple — a 4,400-square-foot mezcal and tequila bar curated by Bricia Lopez of LA's legendary Guelaguetza, stocked with one of the largest agave collections in the city (the house claims 200-plus labels; visitors who've counted say it undersells). A big double-sided bar anchors the room, margarita carts roam, and a small stage keeps live Latin music in the mix.

The schedule is the thing to know: Thursday through Saturday evenings only — roughly 9pm Thursday, 7pm to 2am Friday-Saturday — with Thursday running as Latin Night: dance lessons around 9:30pm, live music, and the week's only happy hour from 10pm to midnight with $10 margaritas. Signatures like the Dama Blanca ($19) and Salt of the Earth ($20) headline; mezcal flights (orange-and-salt service, Oaxacan style) are the education.

Fair warnings: three nights a week with late opens makes it a plan, not a drop-in; pours run $16-20 and climb fast on rare bottles; and weekends push club-loud. Food is thin — the connecting door to Roy Choi's Best Friend next door is the dinner solution, and entering through that side is the move when the main bar stacks up.
