Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que

Gilley's is the country bar inside Treasure Island, carrying the name of the legendary Texas honky-tonk made famous by Urban Cowboy. It runs as a saloon, dance hall, and barbecue restaurant under one roof, with custom saddle seats at the bar and a view of the Strip.

The draw is the mechanical bull, which runs daily from 4pm and anchors weekly competitions — a Toughest Bull Rider contest on Thursdays and bikini bull riding on select Sundays, both at 9:30pm. There is line dancing, free lessons Monday through Thursday at 7pm, Tuesday karaoke, live music, and the Gilley Girls bartenders. The kitchen serves smoked barbecue until 11pm. A cover of $10–$30 applies Friday and Saturday after 9pm.
