Vegas Guide Team Team

Three major-league teams: the Raiders (NFL) at Allegiant Stadium, the Golden Knights (NHL) at T-Mobile Arena and the Aces (WNBA) at Michelob Ultra Arena. The Athletics (MLB) arrive when their Strip ballpark opens for the 2028 season.

The teams

  • Raiders, NFL: Allegiant Stadium, the black dome just west of the south Strip across I-15. Eight or nine home Sundays from September to January, usually 1:05 or 1:25 p.m. kickoffs; December 13, 20 and 27 are home dates this season.
  • Golden Knights, NHL: T-Mobile Arena behind New York-New York and Park MGM, roughly every other night from early October to April, mostly at 7 p.m. The easiest ticket to walk to from a center-Strip hotel.
  • Aces, WNBA: May to September at Michelob Ultra Arena inside Mandalay Bay.
  • Athletics, MLB: a 33,000-seat ballpark is going up on the old Tropicana site at Tropicana and the Boulevard, on schedule for the 2028 season. Until then they play in Sacramento.

Below the majors

The Silver Knights (AHL hockey) in Henderson, the Aviators (Triple-A baseball) at Las Vegas Ballpark in Summerlin from April to September, Las Vegas Lights (USL soccer) Downtown, and UNLV at Thomas and Mack and Allegiant.

Events worth planning around

  • NBA Summer League: about ten days in July at Thomas and Mack, with cheap day passes
  • National Finals Rodeo: December 3 to 12
  • F1: November 19 to 21
  • Boxing and UFC: big cards at T-Mobile Arena through the year
  • NASCAR: at the Speedway in spring and October
  • College football: the Las Vegas Bowl on December 31 and the College Football Playoff final on January 25, 2027, both at Allegiant

Getting tickets and getting there

Buy from the team or venue box office first. Weeknights and non-rival games are the cheap seats, and resale sits above face for anything big. You walk to T-Mobile Arena through The Park; Allegiant is a rideshare or a long walk over the Hacienda bridge from Mandalay Bay.

Game dates are on our month pages at events, and the arena at T-Mobile Arena.
