Mon Ami Gabi owns the single most valuable dining real estate on the Boulevard: the only Strip-front patio directly facing the Bellagio Fountains, attached to Paris Las Vegas's classic French bistro — a Lettuce Entertain You standby that has run breakfast-through-dinner (7am to 10-11pm daily) for a quarter century and remains among the most-booked rooms in the city.

The menu holds bistro course: steak frites in three sauces at $46.95 (prices crept up), onion soup au gratin at $19.95, escargots, and a three-course prix fixe at $70 dinner / $40 lunch that structures the value. Breakfast on that patio — 7 to 11am, fountains warming up across the street — is the sleeper service nobody plans and everybody remembers.

The critical mechanic: the patio takes NO reservations — OpenTable books the interior only, and fountain-view seats run first-come with 30-60-minute waits at peak. Walk up before 6pm (or at breakfast) and the wait collapses. The food plays solid-classic rather than destination-grade; the view does the elevating, exactly as designed.
