Pisces
Pisces is Wynn's coastal-Mediterranean seafood room on the Lake of Dreams (opened May 2025, replacing Lakeside) — salt-baked Loup de Mer $180, paella $155, crudo sampler $115. Book lakeside tables weeks ahead.

Is Pisces Worth It? Honest Review & What to Order
Pisces is what Wynn built on Lakeside's waterfront bones: opened May 10, 2025, a coastal-Mediterranean 'Bar and Seafare' running Saint-Tropez-to-Mykonos — crudo and caviar through whole fish, paella, and prime steak — under exec chef Martin Heierling, with pastry by Jennifer Yee and cocktails by Wynn's Mariena Mercer Boarini. The open-air tables sit directly on the Lake of Dreams.
The menu's poles: a Riviera crudo sampler at $115, the salt-baked Loup de Mer finished tableside at $180, Paella alla Pisces at $155, spicy lobster spaghetti at $75, and caviar tiers to $725 — with King Crab merus at $195 a pound for the committed. Plan $150-250 a head at full sail; the 4:30pm bar opening offers the view-with-crudo version at a fraction.
Booking calculus: lakeside tables are the scarce commodity — two to four weeks ahead for peak season, timed to the evening Lake of Dreams shows — and the first-year kitchen is still settling its reputation against Wynn-flagship expectations. The by-weight seafood makes checks unpredictable; the waterfront makes them forgivable.
Insider tip Request a lakeside table timed to the evening Lake of Dreams performances — that's the full product — or take the 4:30pm bar opening for cocktails and crudo with the same view at a third the spend. Fish and crab price by weight; ask before the nod.
