The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
The Venetian is a five-star, all-suite resort in the heart of the Strip — standard suites run 650–750 sq ft, nearly double a standard Vegas room. Add indoor canals with gondolas, the Grand Canal Shoppes and world-class dining, and it's over-the-top Italian luxury, from $127/night.

Is the Venetian Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
The Venetian recreates Venice on the Strip, complete with indoor canals, singing gondoliers, a replica St Mark's Square and the sprawling Grand Canal Shoppes. It's pure over-the-top Italian elegance, and it backs it up with substance: a vast casino, a world-class dining roster and one of the best spas in the city.
The headline feature is the rooms — every one is a genuine suite, with base layouts of 650–750 sq ft and a sunken living area that nearly doubles the size of a standard Strip room. Even the entry-level 'Luxury Suite' is genuinely spacious, so there's no need to overpay for space alone. Rates start around $127 a night before fees.
Budget for the add-ons: the resort fee is $55 plus tax (about $62 a night) and self-parking is $20 a day for hotel guests, $20–$25 for visitors, with valet at $40. The location is prime mid-Strip — the Grand Canal Shoppes link the Venetian and Palazzo towers indoors, and Sphere sits right behind the resort, reached via The Venetian Expo pedestrian bridge. Across the Strip, the former Mirage is being converted into Hard Rock Las Vegas (due 2027), so some west-facing suites overlook a construction site for now. The Las Vegas Monorail's Harrah's/The LINQ station is roughly a 15-minute walk across the Strip, and the 24/7 Deuce bus stops out front — handy, because the resort is so large that the garage-to-suite walk alone takes real time.
Insider tipThe resort is big enough that the garage-to-suite walk is a real hike, so use the right garage: there are two — the Venetian's off Koval Lane and the Palazzo's off Sands Avenue — and you'll want the one under the tower you're actually booked in. If you're in the Venezia Tower or any Prestige Club Lounge suite, you also get private, express check-in that's worth a lot on a packed weekend.Check Rates & Availability →
