Comedy Cellar Tickets

Comedy Cellar is the first West Coast outpost of the legendary New York club that helped launch Chris Rock and Amy Schumer, and it runs the same format in its 300-seat room at the Rio: five headliner-level comics per show, each doing about 20 minutes, seven nights a week at 7 and 9:30 p.m. Lineups rotate nightly and often aren't announced in advance - which is the point. You're booking the club's booking taste, not a name on a marquee, and the unannounced drop-in is part of the brand's mythology. Food and cocktails are served in the room.

The honest trade-offs: not knowing who you'll see cuts both ways, and the Rio is an off-Strip property still finishing its Hyatt-era renovation; parts of the casino around the club remain a work in progress, and getting there means a rideshare from the Strip. The room itself is intimate but the rear seats lose some of the club feel. Tickets start at about $32 including fees as of September 5, 2026.
