Is Tuff-N-Uff at the Palms Worth It? Developmental MMA, Honestly
Tuff-N-Uff 158 is the next card from Las Vegas's own developmental MMA promotion, on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Pearl Concert Theater inside the Palms, with a professional bantamweight main event, Morales against Lacerda, over a card that mixes pro bouts with amateur fights. Tuff-N-Uff started in 1994 under Barry Meyer and is run today by his brother and co-founder Jeff Meyer; it built its name as an amateur league and still runs amateur bouts, but the modern cards carry pro headliners and stream on UFC Fight Pass. More than fifty of its alumni have reached the UFC, Ronda Rousey among them, and it staged Nevada's first all-women MMA event. The Pearl, a 2,500-capacity theater in general-admission layout, has hosted most of the promotion's 2026 cards.
No start time, age policy or official price has been published for 158; the promotion's earlier Pearl card this year started at 7 p.m., and as of October 7 the lowest seat on the authorized listing starts around $53 before fees. The Palms is off-Strip on West Flamingo Road, a five-to-ten-minute ride west of the center resorts, with its own parking.
Set expectations accordingly. These are prospects and amateurs, which is the point and also the limit: matchups change late, the names mean nothing yet, and the amateur prelims run well before the pro main card, so an early arrival means a long night. For a fight fan in town on a quiet Saturday it is a cheap, close-up way to watch the sport's pipeline. The sports listings cover the arena-scale fights when they come through.
Insider tipThe Pearl's floor is general admission at these cards, so the ticket is the same price near the cage and at the back; arrive before the pro portion begins, which on recent cards has been the second half of the night, and claim the rail.Check Tickets & Prices →
