KISS World Mini Golf

KISS World Mini Golf

An 18-hole glow-in-the-dark course inside the Rio, wrapped in the world's largest public KISS memorabilia collection - $13.95 a round, DJ included, wedding chapel optional.

Is KISS Mini Golf Worth It? Review

KISS World Mini Golf sits in Masquerade Village inside the Rio, on the casino level. It moved here in 2016 from its old Paradise Road storefront, so ignore any decade-old address you find elsewhere; you will also still see it listed under its former name, KISS by Monster Mini Golf. The main event is an 18-hole glow-in-the-dark course played under murals and props from 50 years of KISS theatrics, with a live DJ keeping the soundtrack loud. Walking in is free, a round runs $13.95 (or $11.95 with a Nevada ID), and the ticket includes the on-site museum billed as the world's largest public collection of KISS memorabilia.

It's a novelty, and it knows it: the golf is short and easy, the appeal is 70% band worship and photo ops, and non-fans will finish thinking it was fine. The arcade, gift shop and the Rock 'n Roll Wedding Chapel - yes, you can get married here - all cost extra. The Rio sits about a mile and a half west of the Strip, so plan a rideshare or drive: self-parking in the Masquerade garage is free for guests visiting the resort's attractions. Indoors, air-conditioned, 30 to 60 minutes door to door.

Insider tipStack the round with a Rio show. Penn & Teller and WOW both play the resort, and pairing them turns the rideshare west into one trip instead of two.

Frequently asked questions

Where is KISS mini golf located?

Inside the Rio at 3700 W Flamingo Rd, on the casino level in Masquerade Village. It moved there in 2016; the old Paradise Road location is long closed.

How much does KISS mini golf cost?

$13.95 for one 18-hole round, or $11.95 with a Nevada ID, and nothing at all to walk in and look around. Booking online is cheaper than the counter rate. Arcade credits and merch are extra.

What are the hours?

Noon to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, noon to 11 PM Friday and Saturday, with occasional early closes for private events.

Is it just mini golf?

No - the ticket also covers the KISS memorabilia museum, billed as the world's largest public collection, and the room runs a live DJ. There's an arcade with prize redemption, a gift shop, and a working wedding chapel.

Can you really get married there?

Yes - the on-site Rock 'n Roll Wedding Chapel does KISS-themed ceremonies and vow renewals as paid packages. It survived the 2016 move despite predictions otherwise.

Is it kid-friendly?

All ages, no height limits, and the glow course is easy enough for small kids with a little putting help. You do pass through casino floor to reach it, so keep the group moving through gaming areas.
