Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park
Circus Circus is the Strip's classic budget family resort, pairing cheap rooms with free big-top circus acts and the indoor Adventuredome theme park. Open since 1968 and one of the few Strip hotels with free self-parking, from $22/night.

Is Circus Circus Worth It? Honest Review, Rooms & Rates
Step right up to Circus Circus, a Las Vegas institution since 1968 and the Strip's go-to for families on a budget. The big-top theme is genuine: free circus acts perform daily on the Carnival Midway, and the property is attached to the Adventuredome, a fully indoor (and air-conditioned) theme park with roller coasters and rides.
Rooms are basic but cheap, spread across the Casino, West and Skyrise towers and the motel-style Manor Motor Lodge, and the casino keeps things lively. It sits on the quieter north Strip, but two genuine perks set it apart for families: free self-parking and the Adventuredome. Rates start around $22 a night before fees.
Know before you book: rates exclude a $45-plus-tax resort fee, about $51 a night as of mid-2026 — often more than the room itself — though self-parking is free for visitors as well as guests. The cheapest rates typically book into the Manor Motor Lodge, detached motel-style buildings a half-block from the casino with parking right outside each door. The hotel anchors the quiet north end of the Strip across from Fontainebleau; the mid-Strip casinos are a solid 30-minute walk, so count on the Deuce bus, which runs 24/7 from the stop out front, or the Las Vegas Monorail from the Sahara station about three-quarters of a mile north.
Insider tipBook the West Tower: it's the remodeled 35-story wing with the 'newly refreshed' rooms — and the only dog-friendly ones — steps from the lobby, shops and Adventuredome. The rock-bottom rates you see are usually the Manor Motor Lodge, detached motel buildings a half-block from the casino, worth it only if parking right outside your door beats being inside the main complex.Check Rates & Availability →
