CATCH at Aria announces itself before the first plate: an 80-foot arched floral tunnel — cascading blooms, twinkling lights — delivers you into a dining room where olive trees rise out of circular booths and the celebrity-spotting is part of the menu. It arrived in 2018 with Clooney at the opening party and has held the scene-seafood crown since.

The food runs seafood-sushi-steak at spectacle scale: Toyosu-market sushi (the Catch Roll and truffle sashimi lead), a Wagyu hot-rock experience cooked at the table, seafood towers at $110-185, and entrees spanning $25 to $180. A ~$125 tasting structures it for the undecided. Plan $120-200 a head — sushi markups carry the scene tax.

Terms and conditions: it's loud and DJ-scored (quiet dinners need not apply), kids only six-plus with a hard 21+ after 10pm, and 'style over substance' is the recurring critique from diners who came for the fish rather than the room. Go early for the calmer version and the un-crowded tunnel photo; go late for the full production. Dinner nightly 5-10:30.
