Peter Luger at Caesars Palace is the 136-year-old Brooklyn institution's first American outpost beyond New York — opened November 2023 with a 4,000-square-foot dry-aging facility beneath the dining room holding roughly a million dollars of USDA Prime at any moment. Cigar Aficionado's verdict made headlines: not only as good as Brooklyn — better.

The canon transfers intact: the dry-aged porterhouse for two ($148.95), sizzling thick-cut bacon by the slice, German fried potatoes, creamed spinach, and the 'Holy Cow' hot fudge sundae buried in schlag. Two Vegas-specific upgrades matter: this location takes credit cards (Brooklyn famously doesn't), and lunch — Wednesday through Sunday — brings both the legendary half-pound Luger-Burger and a $49.95 three-course Power Lunch that's the best old-school deal on the Strip.
