Lioz Comedy Magic Uncensored Tickets

Lioz Shem Tov - the deadpan Israeli "telekinesis" comedian from America's, Britain's, and Australia's Got Talent - headlines an uncensored comedy-magic hour at the V Theater complex in Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile Shops. The joke is the whole act: Lioz presents intentionally useless "powers" (spoons that bend because he bends them, objects that levitate on visible strings) with unshakable self-seriousness, and the adults-only edition adds material his TV appearances couldn't. Performances run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 p.m., with tickets from about $34.

Two honest warnings. First, it only plays two nights a week, and the V Theater complex has several rooms (current listings put it in V4), so check the room on your ticket before building an evening around it. Second, know what you're buying: this is anti-magic - the comedy of failure - and it's strictly 18+. Fans of polished illusion shows should look elsewhere; fans of absurdist deadpan will find nothing else like it in town.
