COTE landed at the Venetian in October 2025 - the first West Coast outpost of Simon Kim's Korean steakhouse, whose New York flagship has held a Michelin star since 2018 (the star is New York's; the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Southwest lists the Vegas room as Recommended). The order is practically institutional: the Butcher's Feast at $88.88 - four premium cuts grilled tableside by staff, banchan, sides, and soft-serve to close - remains the best structured introduction to Korean steakhouse form in the country.
