Delmonico Steakhouse
Delmonico is Emeril Lagasse's Creole-accented steakhouse at the Venetian — Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 2004, #37 of North America's best steakhouses 2025, with real lunch service and a ~$50 prix fixe.

Is Delmonico Worth It? Honest Review & What to Order
Delmonico is Emeril Lagasse's grand steakhouse on the Venetian's restaurant row — a vaulted, church-quiet room where Creole New Orleans meets dry-aged Creekstone beef, and where the wine program has held Wine Spectator's Grand Award every year since 2004 (fewer than a hundred restaurants worldwide can say that). In 2025 it was the only Vegas steakhouse on the '50 Best in North America' list, at #37.
The play is the crossover: Emeril's barbecue shrimp and truffle-parmesan chips carry the NOLA flank, the bone-in ribeye (~$86) carries the beef side, and the sommelier team carries everything else — handing them the wine decision is the single best use of the room. It serves actual lunch (11:30-2), and a prix fixe from around $50 makes it the most approachable entry among the Venetian's heavyweight rooms.
Honest framing: the room reads traditional next to the new-wave steakhouses, Emeril is brand rather than presence, and purists sometimes find the Creole accents beside the point. But as a wine-first steak dinner — or a serious lunch that doesn't devour the day's budget — it's quietly one of the Strip's most dependable tables. Plan $100-175 at dinner.
Insider tip Come at lunch or take the ~$50 prix fixe — same dry-aged program, half the evening tariff — and hand the wine decision to the sommelier with a budget: the Grand Award cellar is the reason this room outranks flashier rivals.
