Is Iliza Shlesinger at The Venetian Worth It? The Rodeo-Week Saturday, Honestly
Iliza Shlesinger closes out her 2026 with a Saturday at the Palazzo Theatre: December 12, 8 p.m., inside The Venetian Resort. It is the second of two Palazzo dates she booked this year (the first was May 1) and lands on the final night of National Finals Rodeo, when the Strip is at its December peak. The set is her usual unfiltered, high-energy storytelling about relationships, expectations and the small absurdities of being a person, the voice behind six Netflix specials from War Paint in 2013 through Hot Forever in 2022 and the 2025 Prime Video hour A Different Animal. She won NBC's Last Comic Standing in 2008, the first woman and the youngest comic to do it, wrote and starred in the Netflix film Good on Paper, and has two books out, Girl Logic and All Things Aside.
Tickets started at $45 plus fees at the February 6, 2026 on-sale. As of October 7 the lowest available seat starts around $77 before fees, so the opening tier is almost certainly gone. Entry is 18 and over, or 16 and over with a parent or guardian; no runtime or opener has been published, and outside food and drink are not allowed.
Two things to plan around. The NFR Saturday means room rates and traffic you would not see a week later, so if the date is flexible for you the show is the only reason to be in town that night. And a single Saturday 8 p.m. date in a mid-size theater sells from the front, which is why resale prices already sit well above face. The comedy listings show the rest of rodeo week.
Insider tipIf you are choosing between this and a weeknight comedy ticket during NFR, book the hotel first: the Saturday rate difference during rodeo week can exceed the price of the show itself, and the Palazzo Theatre has no cheap-seat penalty worth paying extra to avoid.Check Tickets & Prices →
