From 3 p.m. on weekdays and noon on weekends and holidays, every 30 minutes until 8 p.m. and then every 15 minutes until midnight. Yes, wind stops them: sensors cut the jets down or shut the show off entirely when gusts would blow the water past the banks.

The schedule

  • Monday to Friday: first show at 3 p.m.
  • Weekends and holidays: first show at noon
  • Until 8 p.m.: every 30 minutes
  • 8 p.m. to midnight: every 15 minutes

Each show is one song, three to five minutes, and the playlist rotates so back-to-back shows never repeat. It is free, no ticket, watched from the public railing along the Strip.

Wind

A windy evening can mean a reduced show or none at all, with no announcement; the shows simply do not start. Spring afternoons are the most common casualty. There is no wind schedule to check: if the flags on the Strip are standing straight out, wait fifteen minutes or come back after dark, when the wind usually drops.

F1 season

From mid-September a grandstand is built out over the lake. It walls off the sidewalk view through the race (November 19 to 21 in 2026) and its teardown into December. In those weeks, watch from the Eiffel Tower deck across the street, the one paid view worth paying for, or from the hotel side of the lake.

Best spot: dead center on the Strip-side railing, in line with Bellagio's front doors. After 8 p.m. the rail clears between songs, so even three rows back you will be at the front for the next one. The biggest jets reach about 460 feet, higher than the hotel.
