Ghost Donkey
Ghost Donkey is the hidden mezcal den behind a green door in the Cosmopolitan's Block 16 food hall — ~10 barstools, two pages of agave by the ounce, truffle nachos, and cocktails $17-21. Find the little white donkey.

Is Ghost Donkey Worth It? Honest Review
Ghost Donkey is the Cosmopolitan's worst-kept great secret: an unmarked green door at the back of the Block 16 food hall — look for the small white donkey and the 'exit' sign, across from Holstein's — opening into a hotel-room-sized mezcal den strung with twinkle lights and gold donkeys. Roughly ten barstools. That's the whole room, and that's the point.
The program is agave all the way down: two full pages of mezcal and tequila poured by the ounce, flights for the methodical, and cocktails ($17-21) led by the truffle-oil Mushroom Margarita. The food menu is one perfect idea — truffle nachos — plus variations, and the pairing of expensive mezcal with nachos in a broom-closet-sized room is exactly the joke the place is built on.
Plan for the physics: with ~10 seats, peak evenings mean waiting in a food hall with no queue comfort, and premium pours stack the bill fast. Doors run 4pm to midnight most nights (from 2pm to 2am Friday-Saturday, though hours flex — confirm same-day). Walk in at opening or mid-afternoon on weekends and you'll have the rarest thing on the Strip: a tiny bar to yourself.
Insider tip The door is real and unmarked: back of Block 16, across from Holstein's, green push-door with a small white donkey — just push. Go at 4pm opening (2pm weekends) for a stool; by 8pm you're waiting in a food hall.
